Servicemembers have rights when an order is unlawful. So we cannot be silent in the face of extreme, violent rhetoric and intimidation from this president and his administration. Will you speak out against retaliation and politicization of the military? Our military is not a tool to police communities, intimidate dissent or advance any president’s agenda. You have a responsibility to say that clearly and to stand with your colleagues being targeted for stating the law out loud. I demand you defend your colleagues and re-affirm our servicemembers' right to refuse illegal orders.
