Our allies are losing trust in us, and in some cases, we are being viewed as complicit in policies that empower Vladimir Putin at the expense of American leadership. This is not a partisan issue—it is about the future of our nation, our alliances, and our safety. Americans should not have to live in fear that our country is being weakened from within. We should not have to watch as our credibility crumbles while our adversaries grow stronger. We should not be mocked on the world stage for failing to stand up for democracy, freedom, and the values that have long defined us. As my representative, I urge you to take a firm stance against any actions that embolden Russia at America’s expense. Congress must act to protect our democracy, our national security, and our reputation as a global leader.
