REJECT Trump’s recent budget proposal and any attempt to use the reconciliation process to take funds from health care, child care, and nutrition — programs taxpayers prioritize and that are essential for our economy — to finance reckless wars and fund unrestrained ICE and Border Patrol, which still have more than $60 billion left to spend from last year’s funding bill. Our nation needs a safe and orderly immigration process that balances compassion and security — not cuts to healthcare and childcare, and not cruelty. Instead, I want my hard-earned tax dollars to make life more affordable.
