I’m a member of Indivisible Westside LA and a constituent from [CITY, ZIP]. I’d like to thank the Senator for publicly stating he’ll vote NO on any appropriations bill for the Department of Homeland Security that fails to put meaningful and serious restrictions on ICE. If it comes to a government shutdown, I ask that he stand firm and ensure his caucus doesn’t pathetically fold like they did the last two times. If Dems fold again, we won’t stand a chance in the Midterms. At this moment though, nothing is more imperative than grinding the gears of federally-enacted fascism that is ripping our nation apart. The lawlessness, violence, terrorizing and murders must stop. The Senator has a unique power to help curtail this mayhem, and I expect him to use it. I’d also like him to organize a massive Congressional delegation visit to Minneapolis, as well as a National Strike. Thank you for your time and attention.
