Vote no HB16

To: Sen. Bledsoe, Rep. Moore

From: A verified voter in Lexington, KY

February 21

Established scientific consensus supports water fluoridation as a safe and effective way to prevent tooth decay. Kentucky HB16 would make water fluoridation optional for water districts in Kentucky. This bill, if passed will harm public health, particularly the dental health of children and low-income individuals. It will lead to increased dental costs for individuals and the state where water districts discontinue flouridation. Please stand up for Kentuckians by voting no on this bill.
