Investigate and stop Thiel, PayPal, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Venmo, and other tech giants from harvesting and profiting off our personal data without meaningful consent.
These companies collect everything: our locations, our purchases, our messages, our social connections, and our browsing habits. They bundle it, sell it, and build billion-dollar profiles on ordinary people who never agreed to be a product. The terms of service most people click through are not informed consent. They are legal cover for surveillance at a scale no government agency could get away with.
I want strong federal action, not a strongly worded letter to a CEO. That means real enforcement, real penalties that actually hurt a company's bottom line, and legislation that gives individuals the right to see, correct, and delete what these platforms hold on them. My data belongs to me, not to a Silicon Valley balance sheet.
