I'm writing today to ask you to please sign H.R.7772. I know these are crazy times, and there are a lot of important topics we need to address, but I believe this is something we should give some attention to. While motor vehicle accidents have decreased in CT, I think we could see a further decrease if we were able to regulate the brightness of headlights. I personally avoid driving at night due to certain LEDs being blinding. Please take some time to consider this bill. Thank you.
