LAPD Chief McDonnnell is refusing to enforce the law. He has decided he's actually above the law and gets to decide not to enforce it. I'm talking, of course, about the ban on ICE goons wearing masks. Why is Chief McConnell protecting these lawless thugs in direct violation of CA law? Could it be because he's got too many buddies hiding under those masks? Maybe he himself likes to throw on some tacticool gear and rough up brown people? Whatever his reason, it is clear that Chief McConnell has got to go. He can undoubtedly sign right on with ICE and be happy with a lawless admin.
