On Saturday evening, an attempted assassination of the President of the United States occurred at the DC Hilton. If it wasn’t staged on behalf of Trump’s need to receive pity to improve the lowest presidential approval ratings in history, then it was a serious breach of security that should not sit well with you. Regular hotel security protocols were temporarily suspended. The Vice President was removed BEFORE the president. The First Lady was left to fend for herself. The shooter was not prevented access to the ballroom… It seems an odd coincidence that this happened and within the same day Trump used social media to argue his belief that had his ballroom been built, this never would have happened. Stop letting this administration use American security as leverage against vanity projects. This was all an elaborate ratings grab with a side of “lemme build my ballroom.” It’s disgusting, despicable, and a fraud. And it needs to stop.
