I had Easter with family it was wonderful. I hope you had the same, Then today, the day after I was reviewing the news. The President tweeted out his intent to commit war crimes. His Easter address was unhinged. His Middle East envoy’s are compromised and self dealing and ineffective. Why are trained diplomats not in the Middle East. Where is SOS Rubio? Trump appears to be willing to threaten anything we are capable of in order to correct his mistake of attacking Iran and the fallout it has caused. Escalation will not make it better it will make it worse. There is no such thing as a tactical nuclear strike. There is no way to bomb our way out of this mess. Do not let the President kill hundreds of thousands or millions in his lust for submission. Stop him. Let’s be frank he is unfit for office and Congress must act to save our nation and the world. Because as Einstein said “ I don’t know how world war 3 will be fought but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones" The 25th Amendment establishes a process through which a majority of the Cabinet and the Vice President, or another body Congress designates, can remove a president deemed “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” Invoke the 25th Amendment. Now is why it was written. Now we need diplomacy not bombs and deployments. We need an international family around a table not incompetence leading to bluster leading to escalation to save face. I think the President is unfit for office and unable to deal with the task at hand. Invoke the 25th Amendment.
