An Open Letter

To: Sen. Curtis, Rep. Kennedy, Sen. Lee

From: A constituent in Holladay, UT

October 9

Please do not allow Nidal Malik Hasan's execution to be streamed to the public. We are better than this as a nation, or at least we used to be, and the ghoulishness of watching a man be murdered by the government should be a relic of the past. We can choose who we want to be as a country, and the current administration is turning us into a violent, bigoted, hateful nation of white supremacists, and everyday you let them do it you choose to allow it. It's not too late to develop some courage and stand against the evil the Trump administration is pumping out into the world. Stop the madness and stand against them- do not allow the execution to be public.
