Illegal War in Iran: A Distraction from the Epstein Files

To: Sen. Banks, Rep. Messmer, Sen. Young

From: A verified voter in Mount Vernon, IN

March 1

The Constitution gives Congress, and only Congress, the power to declare war. This president has illegally taken the United States into another conflict which has already put lives of American servicemen and women along with innocent civilians at danger. This president needs to be stopped. He is putting the entire nation at greater risk for terrorist attacks. And he has started a conflict that will have ripple effects throughout the Middle East and beyond. Many of us have friends and family members who are currently serving in the Middle East right now for our military and we are demanding that Congress do something to stop these military attacks. This war was not vetted or authorized by Congress or the UN - which are required before attacks occur - and our men and women in uniform are being dragged into yet another conflict. Do your job! Get back to Washington and vote to end this war and the overreach by the president and his administration.
