No on Clarity Act, No Section 224 in NDAA & No on FISA without protections
To: Sen. Padilla, Sen. Schiff
From: A verified voter in Sacramento, CA
June 12
First, I’m asking the Senator to oppose the CLARITY Act when it comes up for a vote. Trump is using cryptocurrency to let billionaires, big tech, and foreign governments bribe him personally. Congress shouldn’t be considering any crypto bills that don’t address his corruption.
Second, I want the Senator to oppose any FISA deal that doesn’t include warrant requirements, close the data broker loophole, and require the immediate ouster of Bill Pulte. He must not be DNI for even a day.
Finally, please ask the Senator to vote NO on Section 224 of the NDAA. This provision would be catastrophic. It would remove transparency, be difficult and costly to unwind, and give Israel leverage over the US that could make it difficult to oppose future Israeli actions. It would also make the US even more responsible for the atrocities committed by Israel. Please use all tactics available to get it stripped from the NDAA. Thanks.
