It's a transfer of public funds to a slush fund with no accountability. The GAO must investigate how the Judgment Fund is being used, commission members and recipients must be publicly disclosed, and Congress must pass legislation ensuring pardoned January 6 defendants cannot collect taxpayer dollars through this scheme.
