Protect women's reproductive rights and healthcare access
To: Rep. Nelson
From: A constituent in Greensburg, PA
December 14
The effort to impose a six-week abortion ban denies women the fundamental right to make deeply personal decisions about their own bodies and lives. Such extreme restrictions, which essentially outlaw abortion entirely, disregard the complex circumstances faced by women and families. I urge you to vote against this proposed bill that would strip away women's constitutional protections and bodily autonomy. Instead of pursuing an absolutist agenda, we should focus on expanding access to comprehensive healthcare, education, and support services to empower women to make informed choices for themselves. A woman's deeply personal medical decisions should remain between her and her doctor, not dictated by politicians.
