Support extending Haiti's Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beyond the February 3, 2026, termination date. TPS holders are neighbors and workers contributing to the local economy, and forcing them back poses a humanitarian crisis.
Haiti is not safe for return. The ongoing instability makes it dangerous for TPS holders to return to the country.
TPS holders are vital members of our communities, working as nurses, caregivers, and in construction, and they contribute to the economy.
Ending TPS would force families into impossible situations and potentially separate U.S. citizen children from their parents.
I urge you to support a legislative solution to extend TPS for Haitians until it is safe for them to return.
