As a constituent, I wanted to write to request you begin advocating for the impeachment of Donald Trump and his removal from office. The Constitution provides impeachment as a method to remove tyrants from power, and Trump has proven himself a veritable tyrant. He has "deported" refugees to foreign concentration camps and dismantled our government to target our most vulnerable people. Using his position to aid his billionaire friends and destroying relationships to our beloved allies, he has made a mockery of the institution. America has become his personal reality television show, and he has forced you and your fellows to be contestants in it. I've been following these issues closely and have supported the positions you've taken on them. I hate to have to ask for more, but I'd like to see you make a statement about whether you support impeachment. Specifically, I'd like to see you join the few who have taken this stand against him and encourage others to do the same.
