I am contacting you today as a constituent from Lexington. I am appalled at the actions of Scott Bessent that allowed Elon Musk and his associates access to our treasury department. This is treacherous and unacceptable. An unelected, billionaire, nazi-sympathizer now has access to the purse strings of the entire United States as well as personal and confidential information regarding me and anyone else who has ever received a social security check or tax refund. I cannot express my outrage strenuously enough and I fully expect that same outrage to be expressed and acted upon by you, my elected officials. You are bound to act on the behalf of our interests and this is an act of treachery regardless of political affiliations. I urge and expect you to use all the power and influence of your position to combat this takeover and treachery. I respectfully express my gratitude for your courage in defending these United States. I expect measures to be taken against both Scott Bessent and Elon Musk.
