As your constituent, I'm writing to urge you and your Senate colleagues to make it a priority to confirm pro-democracy judges during the final session of Congress.  The Senate has already confirmed 200+ of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees, and yet there are 29 more nominations pending. We need to ensure those vacancies are filled by judges who will uphold the Constitution - and our democracy - before Trump returns to the White House. We cannot afford to have these lifetime appointments filled by Trump’s judicial picks, who will simply further his MAGA agenda from the bench.  I’m counting on you to use these last few weeks to do EVERYTHING you can to safeguard our democracy before Republicans take control of the Senate. That includes confirming all of the pending judicial nominees.  Thank you.
