Immigration enforcement built on detention, fear, and family separation has failed our communities and violated basic human rights. ICE’s practices undermine due process, erode trust in public institutions, and make people less safe by driving vulnerable residents into the shadows.
There are proven, humane alternatives that respect constitutional rights while ensuring compliance with the law—community-based case management, legal counsel, and fair immigration courts. These approaches are more effective, less costly, and aligned with American values.
I urge you to permanently end ICE’s abusive enforcement model, close detention facilities, and redirect resources toward systems that prioritize dignity, accountability, and community safety.
ICE out for good—replace harm with humanity and justice.
