On September 23rd, a federal judge struck down specific provisions on the 2024 Section 504 regulations protecting community integration, which prevents institutionalization and segregation of disabled people. With this regime's past actions in mind, this feels like they are going to come after the ADA and the Olmsted Act, with the intention of removing "undesirable" people from society. We need governors and attorneys general to publicly commit to protecting community integration and Olmsted. Please affirm that you stand to protect disabled people.
