I am your constituent and I want you to know about several good pieces of legislation that the Congress has put in place to protect Americans. They are the Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 (WPA), and as amended, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012. They make sure that it is safe for a federal worker to stand up and speak up when they see waste, fraud, abuse and wrongdoing in the federal government so that actions can be taken to right the ship. Apparently the Department of Health and Human Services head, RFK Jr. and the head and N.I.H. director, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya think that federal law doesn’t apply to them. They fired three whistleblowers recently. They are Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo, Dr. Diana Bianchi, and Dr. Eliseo Pérez-Stable all from the National Institutes of Health. Here is what I want you to do. Demand an investigation into these illegal firings in Congress and then file and support impeachment of RFK Jr. and the head and N.I.H. director, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya for violating federal law. Then by act of Congress return to the federal workforce, Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo, Dr. Diana Bianchi, and Dr. Eliseo Pérez-Stable and make them whole. Thank you.
