I am writing as your constituent with extreme urgency regarding the Equal Rights Amendment. I am FURIOUS that we still haven't secured constitutional protection for gender equality when it's within our grasp. The ERA has already been ratified by the required 38 states - what are we waiting for?! This critical amendment has been stuck in limbo due to Republican obstruction and bureaucratic hand-wringing, while our fundamental rights hang in the balance. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Vice President Harris has the power to help publish and certify the ERA as our 28th Amendment through the National Archivist. She championed this cause back in 2019, and now it's time for her to finish what she started. We need YOU to push her to take action before it's too late. The threat of Project 2025 and its extreme MAGA agenda makes this more urgent than ever. We cannot sit idly by while our rights are under attack. The ERA would provide crucial constitutional protection against discrimination for women, girls, and LGBTQ+ people across this nation. I demand that you immediately call on Vice President Harris to publish the ERA. The clock is ticking until January 20th. Every single day of inaction is another day our rights remain vulnerable. We need representatives who will fight like hell to protect their constituents - and that means taking bold action NOW. Do not let this historic opportunity slip away. Your constituents are watching and we expect you to do everything in your power to get this done. Demanding immediate action,
