Stop the Famine in Gaza — Demand a Ceasefire and End the Siege Now!

Food has run out in Gaza. Let me be absolutely clear: this is not a natural disaster. This is a man-made famine, the direct result of an inhumane siege, relentless bombardment, and the calculated blocking of aid. The United States must not be complicit in this atrocity. According to Democracy Now, even World Central Kitchen—one of the last organizations managing to bring in food—has ended operations due to Israel’s continued targeting of aid workers and infrastructure. People in northern Gaza are eating grass, weeds, and animal feed, while children waste away. Mondoweiss documents Palestinians spending their days in a desperate search for crumbs of sustenance and drops of water. This is a slow, public, and deliberate extermination through starvation. You must take urgent action. I call on you to: • Demand an immediate and permanent ceasefire; • Pressure Israel to lift the siege and end its obstruction of humanitarian aid; • Ensure the unrestricted and safe delivery of food, water, and medical supplies to all parts of Gaza; • End U.S. military support and arms transfers to Israel while it commits these crimes. Every moment you remain silent or passive is a moment in which more children die needlessly. The world will remember who acted and who enabled this genocide. I urge you to show moral courage and do everything in your power to stop this famine now.
