As your constituent, I am contacting you because I am deeply troubled by the recent attack on Indigenous rights in Honduras, specifically the killings, abductions, and forceful relocation of the Garífuna people. I urge you to support the passage of H.Res. 1278: Affirming the importance of the survival of Garífuna culture and identity, condemning the violent and illegal appropriation of Garífuna territory. Please stand with the Garífuna people of Honduras against these egregious violations of their rights. Thank you for your time your attention to this urgent matter.
