I’m writing to oppose any version of H.R. 1, the house budget reconciliation bill, that contains any discriminatory exclusions on trans-related healthcare for transgender people. This bill will cause hundreds of thousands of transgender Americans on Medicaid and aca policies to lose access to life saving healthcare, and threatens the lives of transgender people across the country.
