I am appalled and terrified by the actions of ICE in Minneapolis, and by the executive branch making excuses and accusations against citizens who were just living their lives. People are dying. Children are being tear gassed. This is not the America I want. This is not the America we all deserve. Land of the free, freedom of speech, protection against unlawful search and seizure, Miranda rights... we need and deserve all of our rights at all times, and please recall that all humans on our soil deserve these rights, regardless of immigration status. Please defund or at least defang ICE. Please rein in this executive branch, which steps further toward authoritarianism every.single.day. No one should want what's happening in Minneapolis and other cities. This is not normal, and this is not okay. Please help.
