WE HIRED YOU-WE CAN FIRE YOU To My Senators and Representative We, the people, elected you to work for us, to stand up for us and defend our democracy. This is not a choice but a duty that you have sworn to uphold. Remember this and act accordingly. We Need You to Speak Up Now! • Speak up to defend our fundamental rights to vote, speak freely, and protest. These are the comerstones of our democracy. • Speak up to preserve our Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits. Speak up to defend our veterans and the Veterans Administration. • Speak up to preserve the Department of Education and support higher education. • Speak up to maintain essential funding for health research and vaccinations. • Speak up to uphold the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA helps us recover from natural disasters. • Speak up to protect the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. NOAA’s National Weather Service provides forecasts and warns us when dangerous weather is coming. • Speak up for the Environmental Protection Agency. We all need clean air and clean water. • Speak up to fully fund the National Park Service. These are our precious lands! As we, the people, are doing, stiffen your spine and speak up to reclaim your power! If you can’t stand up to this administration to protect us, we will find others who will.
