I am a constituent writing to urge you to call for the removal of Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense. Secretary Hegseth has presented content drawn from Pulp Fiction — not the Bible — to service members while presenting it as Christian holy scripture. This is deeply troubling. Our troops deserve honesty and respect from their civilian leadership, not manufactured religious content designed to manipulate or mislead. This conduct reflects a troubling disregard for truth at the highest levels of our Department of Defense. I believe it warrants serious congressional scrutiny and action. As my senator, I am asking you to speak out against this behavior and to pursue accountability through whatever legislative means are appropriate. Thank you for your time.
