The sitting president is disqualified from office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits anyone who has engaged in insurrection against the Constitution (e.g., calling for his followers to stop the constitutional transfer of power) or who has "given aid or comfort" to those who have (e.g., issuing pardons to people convicted of seditious conspiracy).
Since there was no 2/3 vote of each house of Congress to remove this disqualification, he is currently occupying the White House **without the constitutional authority to do so**.
That means all of his acts, appointments, etc., are outside of the Constitution, and he literally has not had and does not now have any constitutional authority.
Remove him now.
