Due diligence not arbitrary quotas in deportation

To: Rep. Moore, Sen. Justice, Sen. Capito

From: A constituent in Stonewood, WV

June 17

I am writing with concern about statements from the President and from Stephen Miller about pushing for mass deportation. While we need to enforce immigration law, the priority should be on due diligence and criminals. Not meeting arbitrary quotas or sowing terror among legal immigrants and asylum seekers. Detentions at schools and for those attending immigration check-ins is not appropriate! America is a nation of white and brown immigrants, not a place for racial profiling or harsh authoritarianism.
