Seriously? 50 year mortgages? That's your solution to housing crises? Do you actually want to destroy EVERY American? Is there anything you won't screw up? A 50 year mortgage will triple the cost of a house, create generational debt, and make a small number of already wealthy people even more sickeningly wealthy. Have you not read ANY history? This will lead to bloody revolution. It's happened many times in history, and its always been the same story - sick, heartless, greedy bastards horde all of the wealth, leaving millions hungry, and then the hungry poor rise up, murder the wealthy and their families, and take everything back.
