In this special session, please support SB53 and SB54 which builds a regulatory framework around the manufacture, sale, and taxing of THC containing products in the state of Texas. THC products have been proven to have medical benefit in autoimmune conditions, as well as trauma-related injuries in groups like veterans. As a reminder, ZERO people have died from the use of THC containing products. Lt. Gov. Patrick is outdated on his policies towards THC. Republicans need to stand up to Lt. Gov. Patrick.
