The LA Times says feds will down drones at the World Cup as part of “wartime security measures” - if we’re at war the President is a criminal because Congress is trying to pass a resolution to the contrary (besides the other stuff he’s a criminal for), and anyway nobody wants this incomplete administration shooting things.
