Congress must investigate and halt efforts by the Trump administration to affect future elections. On February 19th, a summit was held in D.C. hosting some 30 government officials and highly powered “political activists” with the goal of discussing how the administration can dismantle the foundation of democracy in the United States. News reports of the summit state that the group who attended fell largely into two categories, those who think the administration should attack elections through incremental legislation, and those who want Trump to declare a national emergency. Regardless, this is a thinly veiled attempt to seize control of elections in America for the foreseeable future. If this effort by the trump regime is not halted, it will be the death of democracy in America full stop. I am calling on you to investigate the summit and to depose those involved, including Michael Flynn, Cleta Mitchell, Kurt Olsen, Heather Honey. This effort cannot be allowed to prevent the voice of the people from being heard.
