Happy Right to Read Day. I love public libraries and rely on the services they provide. In the budget process, please increase the Public Library FUnd (PLF) budget line. Ohio Libraries have not had a budget increase in 25 years. Libraries serve all communities - urban, suburban, and rural - and are true public spaces. As nearly everything gets more expensive, libraries provide free books and services and help promote social inclusion.
