Stand up for the Constitution. Ensure Abrego Garcia and others unlawfully detained are returned to the US immediately. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident, was deported to El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center despite having no criminal charges and a judge ruling against his deportation due to credible fears of persecution. The President and Salvadoran leader are openly defying the Supreme Court's order to facilitate Abrego Garcia's release, creating an unconstitutional crisis. Decisive action is needed to secure the return of Abrego Garcia and others unlawfully detained, uphold due process and the rule of law, and reaffirm our commitment to civil liberties and human rights.
