BAN POLICE TEAR GAS

To: Sen. Baldwin, Sen. Johnson, Rep. Moore

From: A constituent in Milwaukee, WI

January 13

Tear gas is banned in war...but it's legal for police to use against crowds. BAN THE USE OF TEAR GAS BY POLICE. Tear gas can cause serious long-term health issues. Police should not be allowed to use chemical warfare forbidden even to militaries during war.
