Get the Equal Rights Amendment published before you leave office

Yesterday was the 101st anniversary of the introduction of the Equal Rights Amendment before Congress. And yet, we still lack constitutional protections for women and queer people. I was a strong supporter of your campaign because of your positions on women's equality, but the lack of action by the executive branch around the ERA makes me question my support. President Biden is retiring, but you have a long career ahead of you and a reputation to uphold. He can afford to anger your base by ignoring women's rights, but you cannot. Please, do everything you can to force action on the ERA and equip women and queer people with the protections we need to survive the Trump administration. If you do not, I don't know if you'll ever really be credible as a defender of women's rights in the future. The Equal Rights Amendment has met all the requirements of Article V to become the 28th Amendment. Please, use all your influence to get it published by the Archivist as it should have been in 2020. Thank you.
