Stop the Authoritarian Takeover of Our Nation

To: Sen. Gallego, Sen. Kelly

From: A constituent in Glendale, AZ

February 22, 2025

“Now that Trump has captured the intelligence services, the Justice Department, and the FBI, the military is the last piece he needs to establish the foundations for authoritarian control of the U.S. government” writes Tom Nichols in the Atlantic. Senator, I know you know this does not end well and untold and unnecessary grief will touch every corner of our nation. Please, please, please use the power Arizonans have endowed you with to protect us, the rule of law, and our freedoms.
