I am a constituent and vote in every election. I may be one of the vocal minority but you represent me and how can you represent your entire constituency if you are not listening.. Complaining that your constituents are calling you too much is probably a sign that we have things that you need to pay attention to. Not turn off your voicemail and close your office hours except by appointment.
