Russell Vought, the key architect behind PROJECT 2025, should not be confirmed as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). His blatant hostility towards women's rights and human rights is concerning. I urge my Representatives in Congress to oppose his confirmation. PROJECT 2025 has been extremely unpopular with the American people, and Trump tried to distance himself from it during his campaign. However, it was clear to anyone paying attention that his claims of ignorance were not genuine. I call on Texas's elected officials to stand up for democracy, even if it means opposing Donald Trump. With two years until the midterms, we WILL hold both parties accountable.
