I’m a member of Indivisible Westside Los Angeles and a constituent from Santa Monica. You must protect the Social Security Administration from DOGE’s workforce cuts, office closures, and service disruptions that will put the benefits of over 72 million Americans at risk. It's critical that you refuse to pass any budget or spending bill that doesn’t restore the SSA to full working capacity and re-open shuttered offices. I also urge you to oppose attempts to reduce Medicaid funding and coverage through approaches like imposition of work requirements, conversion of federal Medicaid funding to block grants, or reduction of federal contributions to Medicaid expansion costs. I'd also like to Thank you for your continuing efforts to remove Pete Hegseth and urge you to use every lever to protect our national security and replace the grossly unfit Secretary of Defense.
