I oppose HB 8000 because it is government overreach and just bad policy that is not supported by science. Kratom has been used in Southeast Asia for centuries for pain relief and the recent demonization of Kratom and 7 oh is fear mongering and not based on science. We have a fentanyl crisis in this country and need to focus on THAT, not Kratom users.
