Greenland, Cuba, Canada, etc are going the way of Venezuela. Stop Trump from getting us into a war with anyone without Congress’s consent by passing a bill foreclosing his ability to start a war without first consulting with and gaining the consent of Congress. Passing such a bill after the fact won’t prevent the destruction of NATO or the start of a war. Take back your war powers, preemptively! Shut him down NOW!
