AZ military voter backs you to vote NO!

To: Sen. Kelly, Sen. Gallego

From: A constituent in Tucson, AZ

October 29

Good morning from Japan, Senators Kelly and Gallegos, I am an overseas Arizona voter and I voted for you both. As a military family going without full pay, I am hoping you’ll keep fighting with those who support both health care for, all as well as a balanced budget. We are struggling over here and it’ll get a lot worse when all our DoD families go without pay this weekend and location allowance to pay our rents to our foreign landlords. But we don’t want to be paid with bribe money from a right wing billionaire! We need help, but please keep up the good fight. Please work on passing a bill to pay the military AND DoD contractors like me, a DODEA teacher, as well. The right loves to talk about military support and here’s their chance if you push the issue. It would look very bad for them to all vote against the military and DoD contractors, wouldn’t it? We will soon see a mass exodus of our teachers and civilian contractors because they’re evicted and have to go back stateside. Then it’s dominos to the military families and the AD who leave to follow their families. Push them to act. They can support us or they can show their true colors to their constituency. Please keep fighting for health care and equality. Keep fighting to make Arizona and the USA safer and better. Help get Adelita Grijalva in to vote and keep this government honest. Keep pushing. But please don’t forget about those of us who need help like military, DoD, veterans, and all the folks on public assistance to survive. Thank you for fighting on. We believe in you!
