I understand that Senator Warren has introduced a bill called The Stop Ballroom Bribery Act. This bill is intended to restrict donations for certain public projects linked to the President or Vice President, particularly from those involved in litigation or those seeking contracts with the federal government. We must all protect this nation from a president intent upon lining his pockets and currying favor an ethical president would not. The current practices are corrupt and unacceptable, and I ask the Senator to co-sponsor this bill.
