They don’t let you out. We’re in a cage of metal bars with lights on 24 hours a day. The mosquitoes seem like elephants.” These are not criminals or combatants. They are human beings. And they are being neglected, dehumanized, and imprisoned on American soil—with taxpayer dollars. Let us be clear: you were elected to serve the people, not to enable private contractors, cruelty, or xenophobia. We demand immediate action. If you fail to act, you are not leaders—you are complicit. History will judge those who stayed silent. We also demand full transparency. Families have the right to know where their loved ones are. The public has a right to know who is being detained and why. Secretive detentions and hidden transfers have no place in a democracy.
