There need to be more consequences, at least the threat of more consequences, for the Trump administration blatantly flouting the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Now CNN reports the DOJ is asking Florida lawyers to help redact the files over the holiday weekend. Democrats should at least be calling for contempt proceedings, not to mention impeaching Pam Bondi for all of the crime. Tim Kaine is a disgrace for suggesting just using appropriations powers to punish the administration, when he knows damn well Senate Democrats have no intention of using their real leverage (shutdown cave(s), NDAA with a paltry 25% cut to the Pentagon’s astronomically inflated budget). Democrats come off not weak but corrupt doing stuff like this.
