Please review our state's legislation now and make sure women's healthcare rights are fully codified — including guaranteed access to D&C procedures and prescriptions. These are standard, essential medical interventions, not political bargaining chips. Any gap in state law is an open door for further restriction, and that door is being pushed hard. You also need to publicly condemn Todd Blanche's remarks on the Dobbs case. It's bad enough when the GOP lies about their agenda — when they actually say it out loud, take them at their word. Do not underestimate the Christian nationalist movement. They genuinely believe their religious convictions should be mandatory for everyone, regardless of faith, background, or belief. The hypocrisy of claiming to champion life while humans are dying in the streets without housing, healthcare, or food is nauseating and cruel. Women are not incubators, and their medical decisions belong to them and their doctors alone. Federal overreach into reproductive healthcare must be blocked at every level, and our state must be a firewall, not a foothold. Thank you in advance for your efforts and attention to this matter.
